Meet IROC's New Executive Director
/IROC is pleased to welcome Lindsey deMaintenon, MBA, as the new executive director of IROC. Lindsey’s professional career has focused on connecting corporate and industry priorities with nonprofit missions to create meaningful impact, engagement, and strengthen organizational sustainability.
As executive director, Lindsey will oversee initiatives to strengthen strategic growth. She will develop relationships with industry & philanthropic partners, securing funding to support our mission of partnering with patients with a kidney transplant and their families to improve health, longevity, and quality of life.
Before joining IROC, Lindsey served as Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships and Engagement at the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) Foundation, where she built and expanded corporate and industry sponsorships that supported education, research, and innovation in infectious diseases and public health. Across each chapter of her career, Lindsey has found joy in building brands and partnerships rooted in shared values, and in bringing organization, clarity, and efficiency to how teams deliver on their mission.
We are excited to have Lindsey bring that same energy and focus to IROC, helping us align resources, partnerships, and purpose to improve kidney transplant outcomes and quality of life for patients and families across the Network.
