2026 IROC Research Study Proposal Submission & Review Timeline

Are you planning to submit a research study proposal? Please review the newly launched proposal submission timeline. Email proposals to IROC@cchmc.org.

The study proposal submission form and related resources can be found on the Hub. Please note that submissions must include completed proposal forms & supplemental materials. Study proposals submitted by the deadlines will be reviewed by IROC’s Research Study Review Board members & Research Committee Chairs.

Who can submit a study proposal?

• Submitters must be affiliated with an IROC center.

• Submitters must complete the required CITI training.

• Submitters must sign our data sharing expectations form and have a bio-sketch ready to submit with their application.

• Submitters must be affiliated with an IRB that can provide oversight and enforce sanctions in the event of a breach of contract.

• Submitters must have the capacity to do the work.

  • If you are a trainee, you must identify a mentor to guide you in this study.
