IROC’s Onboarding Process
Joining IROC is a collaborative onboarding process designed to prepare organizations for successful participation in the Network. Key components include:
Commitment & Enrollment
Organizations begin by confirming their intent to join and identifying key contacts who will support onboarding activities.
Legal & Regulatory Review
Centers complete required regulatory approvals and data-sharing agreements to support participation in the collaborative. IROC provides standardized agreement templates to streamline this process.
Data Registry Setup
Organizations work with the IROC team to evaluate technical requirements, establish secure system access, and prepare for participation in the IROC data registry.
Education & Integration
New centers are introduced to IROC's improvement framework through onboarding meetings, learning opportunities, and trainings designed to help teams engage fully in collaborative activities and data reporting.
Ongoing Participation
Once onboarding is complete, centers gain access to collaborative learning, shared resources, data insights, and opportunities to connect with peers across the Network.
