Below, Lindsey shares a personal message in her own words:
“I’m Lindsey deMaintenon, and I’m both honored and grateful to join the Improving Renal Outcomes Collaborative (IROC) as Executive Director. My professional career has centered on connecting corporate and industry priorities with nonprofit missions to create meaningful impact, engagement, and strengthen organizational sustainability.
Before joining IROC, I served as Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships and Engagement at the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) Foundation, where I built and expanded corporate and industry sponsorships that supported education, research, and innovation in infectious diseases and public health. Prior to that, I advanced partnership and fundraising initiatives with the PAN Foundation as well as with IU Health Foundation, developing event and marketing strategies that elevated visibility and donor connection and retention.
While most of my experience is in the non-profit space, I also served as Director of Operations for HAIKI, a women’s luxury footwear start-up, where I helped build a brand from the ground up, refining operations, defining identity and bringing structure to growth. Across each chapter of my career, I’ve found joy in building brands and partnerships rooted in shared values, and in bringing organization, clarity and efficiency to how teams deliver on their mission. I’m excited to bring that same energy and focus to IROC helping our learning community align resources, partnerships and purpose to improve kidney transplant outcomes and quality of life for patients and families across our network.”
