Hive Networks Acquired by Vora Ventures

We are happy to share that Hive Networks, a key partner of the Improving Renal Outcomes Collaborative (IROC), has been acquired by Vora Ventures. This acquisition will enhance Hive's ability to transform care for rare and chronic disease communities through Learning Health Networks (LHNs).

Impact on IROC: David K. Hooper, MD, IROC’s principal investigator, expressed his enthusiasm for this new partnership, stating that this acquisition “will bring state-of-the-art technology and a sustainable business model to Hive, thus enabling IROC and other learning health networks to learn faster and even more effectively improve the health of children throughout the United States and across conditions."

With Vora Ventures' strategic guidance and resources, Hive Networks is poised to expand its impact in healthcare by forming new partnerships and extending its LHNs to address a broader range of medical conditions.
