Meet IROC's New Program Manager

IROC is pleased to welcome Lyndsey Fedorko as the new program manager of IROC. Lyndsey brings a unique perspective to the role, combining her experience as a kidney transplant parent with her passion for family engagement, education, and advocacy.

As program manager, Lyndsey will oversee the growth and development of IROC Family Partners, working to strengthen engagement among patients, parents, and caregivers while creating meaningful opportunities for families to connect with IROC’s research, education, and quality improvement efforts.

Before joining the IROC team, Lyndsey served as a volunteer co-chair of IROC Family Partners. During her time in that role, she helped expand participation, strengthen the group’s presence and outreach, and create opportunities for families to share their experiences and perspectives. Her experience as a parent navigating the kidney transplant journey has also given her a firsthand understanding of the importance of making sure families feel heard, supported, and included in the work of improving kidney transplant care.

In her new role, Lyndsey will continue building on that foundation while supporting IROC’s broader communications, family engagement, and program initiatives. She is passionate about creating stronger connections between families, clinicians, and researchers and ensuring that the patient and caregiver voice remains an essential part of IROC’s work.

We are excited to have Lyndsey bring her lived experience, energy, and commitment to families to the IROC team. We look forward to the continued growth of IROC Family Partners and to the many opportunities ahead to partner with patients and families to improve kidney transplant outcomes, longevity, and quality of life.
